William is a Senior Loan Officer with SWBC Mortgage, a full-service mortgage lender headquartered in San Antonio. SWBC Mortgage has been providing mortgage banking services since 1988, with local branches in over 40 states, and is consistently recognized as one of the top 100 lenders in America.

William has more than 15 years of experience in the mortgage industry, is a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS®), and joined SWBC Mortgage in 2021, serving the greater Philadelphia Pennsylvania region and San Antonio, TX. Through William’sexperience and CMPS® Certification, he’s uniquely qualified in his understanding of the various mortgage options for borrowers, including conventional, FHA, VA, construction-to-permanent, renovation and refinancing and how each program will
impact a borrowers overall financial situation and long term financial goals. Thus, William excels at providing each borrower with the best possible options suited to their individual needs. During his career, he has achieved outstanding results helping many American families realize their financial and housing needs.

His commitment to integrity, honesty and hard work ethic was instilled in William at an early age by his parents. William followed in his Father’s footsteps and made his career in the mortgage industry. He has seen the application process from the days of typewriters and carbon paper to zoom meetings. William graduated from Ursinus College with a BS in Computer Science, with a minor in Math and Business.

William is a former Board Member of the Grace Neighborhood Development Corporation (GNDC) among other charitable activities and is a licensed Drone Pilot. He currently resides in San Antonio Texas, with his wife Leonor and his two children. In his spare time, he enjoys flying his Drone, working out and spending time with his Family.
